01 Introduction

Welcome to 999k. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 999k ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on or using any part of the 999k platform — including the website at 999k.onl, the mobile app or any associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 999k platform. These Terms apply to all players regardless of how they access 999k, whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser or the dedicated 999k app.

02 Eligibility

To register and use 999k, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing 999k from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a 999k employee.
• You must not have a previously closed or suspended 999k account unless explicitly reinstated by 999k support.

999k reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited and any deposits will be returned minus any bonuses claimed.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account on 999k. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999k username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. 04 Deposits

999k accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. All deposits are credited to your 999k account in real time once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount on 999k is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may be subject to additional verification.

All funds deposited into your 999k account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

If a deposit does not appear in your 999k account within 15 minutes of completing the transaction, contact 999k support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt to make a duplicate deposit before speaking to support.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on 999k are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. You cannot withdraw to a different account or a third-party account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Most withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Before your first withdrawal, 999k may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). This typically involves submitting a copy of a government-issued ID and a recent utility bill or bank statement. This is a standard industry requirement and protects both the player and the platform.

• Withdrawals are only processed to verified accounts.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

The 999k welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. The bonus is credited automatically once the qualifying deposit is confirmed. The following general bonus rules apply to all 999k promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• The standard wagering requirement on 999k bonuses is 20x the bonus amount.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to launder money or use 999k for any illegal financial activity.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks on deposits made to 999k.

• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Accessing 999k using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999k shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings due to technical faults, loss of data, or interruption of service.

999k's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
